Junk removal for realtors
& property managers.
Pre-listing cleanouts, tenant move-outs and vacant units across Nassau County and Western Suffolk. Send photos of the property and we'll quote the job.
A property that has to
be empty by a date.
Listings, turnovers and vacant units run on deadlines. Duck Soup clears out what's left so the next step can start: cleaning, repairs, photos, showings or a new tenant.
- Pre-listing cleanoutsA seller's house still full of furniture and belongings. We clear what's been approved for removal. See also whole-house cleanouts.
- Tenant move-outsFurniture, mattresses, appliances and boxes left behind. Quoted as one job like a move-out cleanout.
- Vacant unitsA unit or house sitting empty with leftovers inside.
- Property turnoverBetween tenants, the whole unit cleared so it can be prepared for the next one.
- Furniture and junk removalA few items from a property count too. See furniture removal.

Send photos through the quote form
Photos of each area and the ZIP code are all it takes to start. We'll ask for the street address and access details when we follow up.
One price for the property
We quote from the volume, the kinds of items and access. See how pricing works.
Confirm the date
Tell us your deadline when you request the quote. We schedule based on availability and confirm a specific date and arrival window. Same-day and next-day appointments may be possible but aren't guaranteed.
Cleared and swept
Our crew removes everything approved and leaves the space swept. A $50 or 10% deposit secures the booking and is applied toward the final balance, and the rest is paid before work begins.
Clear communication. You see the price before you book, and if a job turns out different on-site, we tell you before doing more and you approve any change.
Scheduling you can plan around. A confirmed date and arrival window. Arrival times are approximate, and we'll try to reach you if we expect to be significantly late.
An easy way to ask. Quote requests take two short steps, and photos are optional but help us price accurately.
Every property is quoted from its own photos, so a repeat request is as simple as the first: send photos through the quote form. If you'd like to talk through how you work, call (516) 824-1750.
We're a new local company, and we'd rather say so than invent a history.
Common questions.
Who decides what can be removed?
You do. The owner, agent or manager confirms what we're allowed to remove. We remove what's approved and don't decide who owns what was left behind.
Who needs to be at the property?
Someone needs to meet the crew to confirm what's being removed and handle payment: you, your client, a manager or another adult you authorize. If you need a different arrangement, call us before you book.
Can you work around a listing or move-in date?
Tell us your date when you request a quote. We schedule based on availability and confirm a specific date and arrival window. Same-day and next-day appointments may be possible but aren't guaranteed, so reach out as early as you can.
Can I request quotes for more than one property?
Yes. Send a request for each property with its own photos and ZIP code, and each is quoted as its own job.
Do you provide receipts?
We email a receipt for each payment we receive. If you need something specific for your records, call and ask.
What do you take from a vacant unit?
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, boxes and household items. Certain hazardous or regulated materials may not be accepted. See what we take or send a photo and ask.
Is this different from your commercial junk removal?
The process is the same. This page covers homes and rental units. For offices, shops and other business spaces, see commercial junk removal.
