Whole-house cleanouts.
Long Island, NY.
Every room, the garage, the basement and everything in between. Send photos of the property and we'll quote the whole job as one price.
Everything in the house,
out the door.
A whole-house cleanout is for a home, condo or vacant property that needs to be emptied, whatever the reason. You decide what stays. Our crew carries out the rest and leaves the space swept.

Photos of each room
Send photos room by room, plus the garage, basement or attic if they're part of it, and your ZIP code. No walkthrough is needed to get started.
One price for the whole job
We quote it from the overall volume, the kinds of items and how hard they are to reach. See how pricing works.
Book and confirm your date
A $50 or 10% deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your final balance. We schedule based on availability and confirm a date and arrival window with you.
Cleared and swept
Our crew carries out everything you've approved and leaves the space swept. You pay the balance once the crew confirms the job matches your quote.
Before we arrive
- Decide what stays. Set it aside or point it out. We remove what you've approved.
- Check for valuables. Look through drawers, closets and boxes for cash, jewelry, documents, keys and photographs.
- Have someone there. You, or an adult you authorize, to meet the crew and confirm what goes.
- Tell us about access. Stairs, elevators, long carries and where the truck can park.
- Disconnect appliances ahead of time.
You don't need to move anything outside or sort everything first.
Overall volume is the biggest factor, then the mix of items and access: stairs, floors and the distance to the truck. A house with a full basement and attic is a bigger job than the same house with a few rooms to clear. We confirm the price from your photos before you book.
Not sure which
page fits?
Send photos either way and we'll quote the job. These pages explain how the other cleanouts differ.
- Estate cleanoutsAfter a death or while an estate is being settled, with family, an executor or an attorney involved.
- Move-out cleanoutsThe leftovers after the movers leave, usually an apartment or a house you've already moved out of.
Common questions.
What do you take in a whole-house cleanout?
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, boxes and general household items. Certain hazardous or regulated materials may not be accepted. See what we take, or send a photo and ask.
Do I have to be there?
Someone needs to meet the crew: you, or an adult you authorize, to confirm what's being removed and handle payment. If you need a different arrangement, call us before you book.
Can you clear only some of the rooms?
Yes. Tell us which rooms or items go and which stay, send photos of those areas, and we'll quote what you send.
What happens to everything you remove?
When it's practical, we sort out what can be recycled or donated instead of sending everything to a landfill, job by job. Read our approach.
Do you clean or repair the house afterward?
We remove items and leave the space swept. Deep cleaning, repairs and staging aren't part of what we do.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size of the property and how much is inside. We'll give you a realistic idea once we've seen photos.
Do you serve my town?
We serve Nassau County and Western Suffolk. See where we work, or enter your ZIP code in the quote form and we'll confirm.
