Why "Duck Soup"

"Duck soup" is old slang for something easy. That's the point: junk removal shouldn't require an in-home estimate, a sales pitch, or three phone calls to schedule. Text a photo, get a price, pick a time. The duck stuck because it gave the whole thing a face — and because it's hard to take yourself too seriously with a mascot.

What we're building

We started Duck Soup to do junk removal the way we'd want it done for us: a real person on the other end of the phone, prices that don't change once we show up, and a crew that treats your home like it matters — because it's someone's home, not a job-site number. We're starting with Nassau County and Western Suffolk County, and growing from there.

How we operate

No call center, no automated quote tool guessing at a price. You text us photos, we look at them ourselves, and we tell you what it costs before anything's scheduled. If a job turns out bigger than expected, we say so on-site before doing more work — not after.

Making room for what's next

That's our line, and it's literal. Clearing out a garage, a basement, an estate, or just a couch that's run its course — it's making room for whatever's next, for you and for us. We're a new company with a clear idea of what we want to become: a Long Island junk removal company people actually remember and recommend, not just the first result they clicked on.
